1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Game Day Bars ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Game Day Bars is a directory platform connecting sports fans with bars, restaurants, and venues to watch their favorite teams. The Service includes venue listings, user reviews, check-ins, event listings, and affiliate links to third-party services.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account to access additional features such as reviews, check-ins, and venue editing. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to create multiple accounts or use automated tools to interact with the Service.

4. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, edits, photos, or other content, you grant Game Day Bars a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or reject any user-generated content that violates these terms, is inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

5. Venue Claims & Premium Subscriptions

Venue owners may claim their listing and subscribe to premium features. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.

6. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Services

The Service contains affiliate links to sportsbooks, ticket sellers, and merchandise retailers. Game Day Bars may earn a commission on purchases made through these links. We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Responsible Gambling

Sportsbook affiliate links are only displayed in states where online sports betting is legal. You must be 21 or older to use sportsbook services. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit the National Council on Problem Gambling.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or venue information
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise access the Service via automated means without permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, content, and trademarks, is owned by Game Day Bars. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of venue information, reviews, or third-party services. Venue hours, specials, and availability may change without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Game Day Bars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
